Contrary to previous reports, Lisa Kudrow is not taking in Matthew Perry's dog, as he did not own one at the time of his passing. Earlier this week, there were rumors circulating that Kudrow would assume this responsibility, but a source has confirmed to People that this information is indeed untrue.
Perry did, in fact, have a doodle mix named Alfred at one point, which he shared with his ex, Molly Hurwitz. They initiated their relationship in 2018, became engaged in November 2020, and eventually parted ways in June 2021.
Upon their breakup, Perry told People, "Sometimes things just don't work out, and this is one of them. I wish Molly the best."
Hurwitz shared her thoughts on Perry's passing in an Instagram post on Monday.
